Creating a PDF

Why do you quote in PDF format, if you don't mind me asking.
So it cant be tampered with at the other end?

@Post Driver what version of Word, can't find PDF in the drop down, might have to old a version?

Erm yeah suppose, just thought it looked more professional

Yes that's a good point, I hadn't though of the image it would give prospective customers

Another good reason is that pretty much everyone can read a PDF, or are able to quickly download the software for free.
I'm forever having to ask for stuff to be re sent in a readable format.
