CS Claim Evidence photos

Hi,

I have got to send in several photos as part of my claim evidence. It would be a lot easier to do electronically but my IT skills are pretty woeful. What is the best way to label photos with the parcel number and attach them to an e mail without making it look messy and complicated.I have a windows 8 laptop and android phone. TIA

there's a program called 'paint' in your windows start up options.

Upload the pic to 'paint' click on the letter A (I think) to add text. Click on the pic and type the parcel number / date onto the image. Then click on file, top left and save image.
