Disgusting!!

Successful enforcement by Animal Health in all cases like this where the animals appear healthy, depends on there being sufficient evidence that the requirements of the Welfare Code have not been met and that it is in the public interest to prosecute.
With your knowledge of the Welfare Code I suggest that you should detail the evidence you have witnessed in this case and send the specifics to Anmal Health. If you are unable to find enough evidence that the welfare code has not been complied with there won't be anything the authorities can do other than advise,if the animals are fit and well, despite being in aesthetically unsatisfactory conditions.

I think I would want a bit more information before commenting on this. If as the OP says that animal health, RSPCA etc have visited on numerous occasions I can only assume not a lot is actually wrong.

It's a bit sh1tty I agree, but they look well, especially in the second picture. Water trough ain't good, but what is out of view? And it looks like a feeding trough to me on the RHS, not a good one but a clean raised area.

Looks like they got shelter, shade. Still some food in trough so clearly not starving. Bored maybe but i wouldn't say they look like mistreated stock. As for water, c'mon you've got pigs; clean trough on Monday, pigs drop stones in all day Tuesday, Wednesday it's completely §hit up!!

Think the end of the oil drum in the picture is the feed trough turned upside down. Used to keep pigs and I'd guess inside the sty is clean and their wee yard is so dirty because they are rolling to keep cool. They're in good condition . Why is the the OP so aggressive ? Calling people tools and wanting to drag other members into the yard. The only thing " disgusting" is the way you speak to other members.

1 You obviously have some problem with the owner of the pigs.
2 this isn't the place to post pics. It's a public forum and those pics could have been used by anyone at anytime in the future to cause problems for the whole pig industry.
3 The pigs look healthy enough and as others have said their sty is probably clean and dry.
4 Calling other forum members names and your general attitude doesn't help your case one bit.
5 AH and RSPCA are aware of the situation? If so and they haven't done anything about it probably means there isn't much wrong?
6 Very important point. Take note! What goes around comes around. Most of us, even with best intentions, if inspected on a bad day could be found to be lacking on the welfare front. This could be due to ill health or just pure workload. Nevertheless it wouldn't look good on you and no amount of excuses could ever clear your name once prosecuted. Just bear that in mind eh.
