Farm artisan/local takeaway

Bare with me on this..
Are there any farmer owned takeaways? I know there's plenty of farm shop restaurants and vans doing their own food.
But what about a local food based out and out takeaways or chippys? And I mean setting it up in town, where the rest of the takeaways are.
Only serving locally sourced ingredients and really go hard at the artisan angle to add value.

Stuff like, an artisan Dexter gourmet beef burger with pear and blue cheese? a locally sourced free range chicken curry pizza? Local Aberdeen angus chili beef burritos?

Its been in my head for a while to combine my love of food and cooking. And I love the whole fusion/artisan style of things, creating something different and standing out.

Me and a friend where chatting about it again today, but cant work out if it really is a goer or not?

Towns are stuffed. The only passing trade you will get is drunk and they aren't bothered about artisan. I would say absolutely, do it, but do it from the farm where you've got all the logistics, ingredients, low rent, probably no rates....

There’s a place in Belfast centre called pizza punks, I think there is a few around the uk, a really out there pizza place with toppings you have never thought about putting on a pizza.. average takeaway waiting time is at least 1hr, queued out the door must nights.
It’s always in my head that it needs to be in a residual affluent area.
I drive 8 miles every Friday night, pass at least 20+ other takeaways through west Belfast to go to my favourite Mexican takeaway, and it costs at least £10 more... but it’s awesome and worth every penny, I think they have 6 just eat delivery drivers every night!
