[QUOTE="Jameshampstead, post: 9233060, member: 186556"] There is potential there. Even if you were to emulate a lot of the very successful formats on the platform. As long as you have charisma, your content is engaging and entertaining you can grow a following on YouTube easily. Most of the time, to be productive and get content out, you require a small team by your side, people who are dedicated to filming, editing and uploading the content, alongside analysing monthly KPI’s from viewer’s metrics - how long a person watched for, where and when did they skip through the video, what ad revenue did you earn and where to place your add’s to maximise your revenue, perfecting your posting schedule, marketing the posts, managing all channels of social media, it’s the good old marketing funnel kinda stuff… unfortunately, it’s not just as simple as film yourself and put it on YouTube - I mean sometimes it can be - but otherwise it does end up being a full time job along side whatever else you are doing. If your dedicated and want to make a difference, have a clear vision and are willing to put yourself and your mission out there in the public domain, there is absolutely scope for you to explore the opportunities out there on YouTube for sure. Even in the motoring world, there has been a massive influx of just normal, everyday people starting successful careers through posting content in YouTube, it’s very possible with the correct plan to make good money for sure, it just takes a lot.
