Can I apply for a grant for a direct drill if I already had one on the first of these grants that came out in 2018? The grant at the time stipulated that we had to keep the drill for 5 years which we have so it there any reason why I couldn’t apply again? I am keeping the drill that we had last time and think of getting a tine drill as well as
