I am currently reading ‘Bleak House’ to be honest. I then have ‘War and Peace’ to get through in the coming weeks. But I will look forward to picking up ‘HMRC Cash Accounting’ in due course: perhaps for some light bed time reading over the festive season?

Opened my business account over 2 years ago (deal was 2 years free banking) and now I am being charged on every cheque / transaction etc. Might think about switching banks to avoid charges..

Just out of interest what accounting programme do people reckon is the best to use for the new Vat online rules coming in April .Were still in the dark ages here book pen and caculator .
