We left First Milk 4 years ago and were very fortunate to find some one to buy our shares. We contact area man after we left and he knew of a couple farmers looking to buy.Worst they can do is tell you to go away!!! Worth a try.

Bought some recently, cost the farmer over £42,000 and I got them for less than a grand. If they are taking capital of you every month it makes perfect sense to buy them.

FM do have a list of Buyers and sellers, you have to watch there are some of them I think the preference shares you will have to sell within 3 years of leaving or stopping production or else they are cancelled
