When recording a headland you have to record an a-b line at some point, usually on the "straight " side you want to drill from. Having pressed A at the appropriate point if you press the record button again it then makes line dotted until you re press at which point it draws a straight line between the two points usually just after you have recorded a B point is when this is done. After this you go back to recording headland, but can still use the pause record feature in corners to get them square and on other short sides. This is all best done at a steady speed ie not when spraying at 16 k and preferably using a gator type machine out of season, many dealers with have one set up for hire through the winter. This is the best way to get a difinative boundary.
Hope this helps.

As mentioned above when setting up a headland on the Trimble FmX integrate display an AB line needs to be set up on one side of the headland. In order to do this, when you come to the side of your field that you want to set your AB line, press A to set your A point, then press 'Record' to pause your line, when you then come to set your B point press 'Record' again to unpause your line and then press B to finish your AB line. Doing this will create a straight AB line on any further headland passes.

Any problems with the above please get in touch.
