Genus beef calving survey

Had a couple of these surveys in the spring, all held to the bull the survey was about.
Had 1 today but she repeated. It says you get the £7.50 for the survey completed. But after question 1, did she calf to said bull? it's irrelevant, or do I I still fill it?

Always intrigues me with genus calving surveys, if they didn't calve to the bull overleaf you would have thought they would stop the survey

so do I just put no to question 1 and leave the rest blank?

Why not just tick all the boxes and get the £7.50 back.
