I have a basic light bar type guidance system having a small touch screen. You drive to keep the arrow in the middle on the green.
Going west, bouts match up and might even be a bit narrow, but turn round for the next run back west and it leaves a gap. This is despite centralising the implement behind the tractor and centralising the receiver on the cab.
It's annoying because it's my grass seeder and can leave gaps. My working width is 11 feet on the seeder and I am also pulling a set of harrows and Cambridge rolls but I can tell it's a lying toad as the front wheel of the tractor is too far off the previous bout going west.
Can this be a system problem with some of these cheap kits or is my set up wrong? I don't want to name the system as I don't want to bash a particular make and it's acceptable for wider spreading jobs where being a foot out doesn't matter. It also drifts while you are away having your tea, what's happening there? On Russian satellites, as European ones make it go berserk near trees.
