Week later, I ring to ask where it is, they sent it to accountants offices. Asked to send it to me but couldn’t as I’m not on the system, even though they send me 5 debit cards to the my address every 3 yrs when the expire and have been doing so for ages....</p><p></p><p>Eventually they promise to send it to another local address where the statements go. 3 days later card arrived for me, but with an alien address not linked. Luckily postman had a guess and gave it to me.</p><p></p><p>Words fail me. Don’t go there!</p></blockquote><p></p>
