Everybody's dog has an off day when they don't listen, some more days than others, but no need to treat it like that either, cuss it a bit, perhaps a tap across the nose if it'll do any good, but hanging it? Really. More often than not its the operator at fault rather than the dog any way.

Surely it wasn’t hung? Has to be more to this story, it’s the daily fail after all. Like making a deal of a 20ft rope around it’s neck sure a lot of dogs training have that. What’s to say it ran off and rope got caught on a tree. Maybe I’m just hoping for the best. Totally understand somebody shouting their head off at a dog they can be frustrating surely they wouldn’t hang them.

I hope you're right. But according to the story it doesn't sound likely. Red mist must have come down that day. Very sad story either way.

Well, I am totally lost for words. How can they be so lenient in this day and age, especially when you get more punishment for driving your car over a certain speed!!!

PC world showing its true colours again!!!

I can't read that, and I am very sceptical about these kind of stories, but if he intentionally hung his dog because it wasn't doing what it was told, he should get the same treatment in return!

I'm not saying I don't get annoyed at my dog sometimes, and utter a few creatively put together titles on occassion, but he and I are great mates, and I'd have no mercy on anyone who'd be bad to him.
