I had a similar issue with a MF 698 with no registration plate or v5. I spoke with DVLA and they said get a form V62 and fill in all details possible, and include a letter explaining the situation. I obviously I didnt fill in the reg number part. I then received a letter from dvla requesting photos of the tractor serial number which i took and then sent to the indicated address at DVLA, I received a v5 for the tractor about a month later. The whole process took about 6-8 weeks but I found out the registration number and got the v5 in the end. If DVLA does not have a record of your 135's serial number on file you will need to get a new age related registration number and for this friends of ferguson heritage can help by provided the required dated letter. Good luck
