You might want to indicate the use and the size requirements, your question is vague to the point people will think you are a dreamer.
If it is for a use outside of agriculture will you be dealing with the Change of Use or expecting the farmer to do it?
Old tyre storage facility, is a fave for some types.....

You might want to be more specific. I take it you mean an old stone barn type thing that could be turned into a studio?
A modern 'barn' on a farm is an industrial size steel frame building.

Shot with a guy few years back who did canvas painting for the super wealthy.
He needed a barn 6m+ and used a cherry picker type set up to get around it.
Mostly painting of semi naked trophy wives, takes all sorts!
