Maybe Ireland will be forced out of the EU!!

https://www.independent.ie/business...s-after-uks-irish-border-threat-37291993.html

At last someone on the British side has had the wit to point out there is two sides to the Irish border. If the EU keeps playing silly games over it, they will be forced to make decisions themselves - put up a hard border between the Republic and Northern Ireland or put a border down the Irish Sea and English Channel between the Republic and the EU.

Mr Barnier was not pleased!

Boris has everything under control. All in the best interests of the people.
No crystal ball needed to see that. It’s quite obvious.
So I now completely accept that Ireland should leave the EU and be damn glad to put its fortunes under the care of such a wise and selfless leader.

There are hundreds of thousands of illegals in the UK right now, and the government is not inclined to do anything about them. Brexit will just make it easier for the French to put them on a boat to the UK.

There are millions in Europe .... go to any french inner city , even Limoges has a few thou .

To answer bovrils question when im feeling bloddy minded the answer would be yes but mostly my instinct is we should play this one long and see how it progresses
Characters like gove and boris dont really inspire confidence but then tossers like macron and barnier are hardly world class managment either.
We should stock up on excellent english chipping .piper before march in case brussels imposes tarriffs and my friday night tea would be the first thing to be affected.
