Can anyone help please?

I am looking for a Goodyear Sure Grip 16.9/14 28inch R4 12 ply tyre for my 3C III (great m/c). The tread is not important as I do not use it commercially. I have an 8 ply tractor tyre on the one side and am getting p_______d off repairing punctures.... An alternative make will do, as long as its 12 ply and roughly 1380 - 1400mm OD.
