John Deere R front linkage float

How do you get the front linkage into float ? Can't find in the book !

asign linkage to right hand joystick, select which function does what and your away

Someone must have it set up in a seriously cock eyed way if you even need to ask .

As above set it on a spool switch or the joystick and just push it into float .

Is it soooooo difficult to turn the tap from ‘float’ to ‘not float’ when you’re clipping your balls in?!

What tap? Taps are soooooo old fashioned.

Got it sorted now, someone had been in having a fiddle, and had deleted settings got it sorted now tho

The one on the little diverter thing for the front linkage! Very old fashioned but short of it being frozen it’s unlikely to fail or need a message on TFF to make it do stuff

I imagine not. I was referring to the likes of a retrofit degenhart or sauter linkage.
