lamb consumption

Only eat lamb probably twice a year, and usually if dining out. Never have it in the house. Why have 2nd best when there is no shortage of beef

To be fair the work being by those promoting love lamb week at the minute is excellent.

We need to promote lamb as an every day meat for currys, stir frys etc as well as that meat for the special occasion.

Someone told me Co-op are selling a new lamb burger range which are selling like hot cakes. Haven't tried them yet but more value added products for forequarter lamb also need to be developed.

Not surprised, lamb burgers are a trick which had largely been missed.
