To be fair the work being by those promoting love lamb week at the minute is excellent.

We need to promote lamb as an every day meat for currys, stir frys etc as well as that meat for the special occasion.

Someone told me Co-op are selling a new lamb burger range which are selling like hot cakes. Haven't tried them yet but more value added products for forequarter lamb also need to be developed.

Not surprised, lamb burgers are a trick which had largely been missed.
