Lamb with broken leg

I broke a lambs leg taking him backways a week ago and put a cast on. He's managing fine and sucking himself.

How long should I leave it on for?

I think they heal pretty quick but will still need 3 weeks I would think, need to be careful that it does not get too tight as it grows.
