Lamb with head injury

I was weighing the ewe lambs yesterday and one jumped up into the crate and smashed her head. She collapsed, head back, eyes rolling. I pulled her out and made her comfortable and carried on weighing. By the time I had finished she had slightly improved, so I decided to give her more time. A few hours later she could sit up and was aware of her surroundings. Now she is very aware, but when she tries to get up her right side doesn't quite work properly - she can get onto her feet but falls to the right every time and looks rather shocked. Apart from anti inflammatory was and Physio is there anything else I can do for her?

Had one run at a gate with similar injuries to your lamb. Kept it between two bales for a few days and it could sit up but never recovered and was shot. Good Luck with yours.

Had one ewe this year with eye infection ,so blind. panicked ran head first into a wall, twice. knocked her self out, TLC for a week or two and then recovered, lambed, still out there somewhere.

Dont give up on it, we had one in the pens earlier in the year, a right good chevvy lamb  it was totally sparked out for a good few hours, and then in a similar position to yours, except she had serious eye spasms too, and paralysed down one side. I gave her metacam on day 1/3/5 and did some paddling for her on her paralysed side, it took till about day 6 for her to stand, so I then blocked her each side with bales, she went back with the flock after about 2 weeks, and only if they are run hard with the dogs can you pick her out now, she has a list to one side. Her appetite never wained, she could pee & poo all through her care.
