Landlord Sewage Treatment Plant.

Morning
My LL wants to install a small sewage treatment plant in a field corner, it will have 3 of their let houses connected to it by approx 300m trenching through fields of p pasture. There will be 1200w air blower on it and they want to take a power supply from my board to power it - I can invoice LL for power.

They can connect into my tank if they want but I'd prefer not to. I've emptied my tank 2 x in 10 years and have no issues with it.

This plant will be approx 50m from my house.
They want to do the work in December !

We occupy under an FBT. I'm not concerned about the area of land to be surrendered but the disruption and mess, noise of the blower and potential odours do.

Has anyone any experience of these ?

Yes.
Slight humm but if good insulated blower box should be good.
Only manholes on surface if done right.
Will there be discharge herringbone soak aways thereafter OR Atutation crates in a much smaller soakaway area?
Worst bit is if your downwind and as usually a vent or stench pipe is fitted, smells can prevail now and then ,otherwise good systems.
