Looking for a property preferably mid Wales but really anywhere in Wales or further north like Chester, Liverpool. Looking to rent longterm cottage on a farm or smallholding with a tiny parcel of land big enough to put up an enclosure for some rescue cats I have - so cats would be enclosed and no danger to any livestock or birds. Any cottage which owner hadnt thought of renting out because of rundown condition would suit as willing to bring up to suitable condition at own expense - ie kitchen, bathroom etc so property would be improved only and not deteriorate any further.
