The rain across Northern Ireland and much of Scotland will persist for most of the day. Elsewhere there'll be a mix of sunny spells and scattered sometimes heavy and thundery showers. Top Temps 17C 63F winds light to moderate mostly southerly.
Outlook for the rest of the week:
Unsettled throughout next week but with some bright or sunny intervals, but also showers or longer spells of rain. As I gave you a warning last this week we will see temps taking a downturn through the period, feeling rather chilly by Thursday even with a chance of snow over the hills, also we will see winds strengthening. It may be spring on the calendar but will feel like winter!
