NH TS125A Hydraulic Problem

Nh is a 2004 dual command. Since I bought it new when you start it you hear a hyd squeal for about 30 seconds then it cuts out and after that its quiet. Today when I was spreading fert this hyd noise cut in and nothing I could do would stop it.Tractor is now labouring under pump and oil is obviously overheating. There is a valve stuck on somewhere, Does anyone know whats wrong and how to get going again. Badly stuck for tractor. Will phone dealer tomorrow but would like to know what Im looking at first. Are all the spool valves actually in neutral
Yes Braveheart all in neutral. Checked all. Its whatever the pump needs to pressurise at start up is not cutting out. To my thinking a valve is stuck but where? The only thing that stops it pumping is when the arms are lifting and when they reach the top or wherever its dead ending the pump again

Control valve on pump I would think. Ours does it intermitently. I think the dealer will suggest as above- new pump with control valve. Ours is a Electro shift though.

As above I've got a mxu that does it, I havent investigated it yet but everyone I've spoken to say it's the control valve on the pump.

The dealers say it's got to be a new pump which is, I think around £1k, I'd have thought a new valve would be much cheaper!

My NH dealer quoted me £2066 for pump, and £2026 for seal kit!!!!
I went elsewhere.

Swash plate will be stuck wide open. Get a test gauge in your load sensing line on the spools and see if it's reading big pressure like 2400psi. If it is then it's stuck wide open and causing your pump to run continuously. Or your hydraulics have an air leak and it's sucking air. That causes squeals as it pulls air instead of oil causing them to air lock and any oil in the pump will get red hot as it won't be cooling right.

Phoned dealer this morning and mechanic said to try new filters first just to rule irt out. Was pretty sure they were ok were well within 600 hrs. Put them on and no difference. Disappointed it didn't. As a last resort I tried everything hyd related in tractor and no difference. Was just pushing all spools from pressure to float for the umpteenth time when the 1st one popped out and everything ok! 1st spool is not working right so will have to get someone to look at it in case it happens again. prize goes to Braveheart but thanks for everyones help. So great to get going with a quick fix when your flat out
