I have phoned them this morning which took 10minutes to speak to someone ,they then put me on hold for 5 minutes and come back saying they are looking into it and put me on hold again for 3 minutes and then come back saying its more complicated than they thought and will call me back later on ,as i sit here writing this out they have called me back saying it is all sorted and i will receive a email saying i am a member and by next week i should receive my new membership card in the post ,they did say sorry for the trouble it has caused ,i said thank you for sorting it out but i do now a lot of people are having the same problems as me and they need to get themselves sorted out and i also told them to read the posts on TFF so they can see the problems they are causing us farmers . We will see how long it takes them to get my new membership card out</p></blockquote><p></p>
