Sounds like it may be another thing. Sorry but the symptoms seemed so similar, mine would suckle the colostrum (also Volac Volostrum fwiw) for 1 or 2 feeds, and then after that just refused to suckle. I lost two from it before I realised. They just refused to eat. You could certainly hear them letting a distress bleat out when dunging, sometimes some dung would come out but a soapy enema on 3 further ones literally transformed them, got them feeding and after that they were on lamlac with no issues.We used Volac. I used it last year successfully on 3 lambs & have tubed 2 with it 2 weeks ago, they are doing just fine. They are pooing just fine
The common trend on here with lambs that are not feeding is to skip a feed, and not fight them they will come round. But since yours have already missed a few feeds it seems there is something else. I hope you have luck with them, it is not normal for lambs not to suckle, especially if they did originally. If you are going to lose them anyway I would try an enema it really did sort mine out, and you will know soon enough when dung comes out if it was an issue.
