Cauli were crap today, must have been 2 weeks old

That's why class I really is £3 each.

Reports of French crop blown out of the ground by 150 mph winds, Spanish affected by drought then flooding, English flooded, frozen & affected by poor light levels, leaching maybe an issue too. Mine are small & we had heavy rain after frost & then another hard frost, so poor stuff.

£28 for 8’s cauliflower I saw the other day, but not much demand at that price, not looked to see what they are in the supermarkets tbh.

Local wholesaler thinks £25 a bag for frying best stuff soon, you will have to hope he is right.

He also thinks £3 each for class one caulie & £18 a net for sprouts.

I'm not quite getting that but I'm leaving a lot of the cracked ones in and not getting barked at one bit!

Wholesaler was talking about two months time, he talks to a lot of people.

Picked 40% of ours over the summer and been flying through them out of store, little money spent on storage and not had to gas them. They are going to be worth silly money come march/april i am sure
