Try a local sawmill .Covering a small feed area and the tape measure says the one bay is 6.7m.
Can you get timber purlins 9x3 that length, or am I going to have to ‘stretch‘ a 6m length with extra long cleats?
Have you got a steel eaves beam? Run an intermediate rafter supported on the eaves beam back to the shed behind and use 2x3.5m purlins. Thanks for the input.

Plan is to put a lean-to out this way, the 6.7m is the outside to outside of the concrete uprights, don’t want to have to put another upright in if I don’t have to.
Still at the measuring / design stage at the moment, so that is something worth considering.Have you got a steel eaves beam? Run an intermediate rafter supported on the eaves beam back to the shed behind and use 2x3.5m purlins.
Z purlin, light and long, then just tek screw your sheets on, easier than putting great lengths of timber up to which you’ve to source, price will be eye watering for non standard timberStill at the measuring / design stage at the moment, so that is something worth considering.
