PV Inverter down - Bus voltages??

A techie question, @Exfarmer @f0ster may be able to help?

Samil Power 3ph 17000 has gone down giving me 33, 36 and 37 faults which are

I'm not liking the 'without remedy' solution here - no one likes a quitter! I have another identical unit as spares, not sure what the bus is or what caused this / can be done to fix it.

I'm 99% sure it will result in a new one but happy to have a go fixing it as I have little to loose.

I've just had another go down on me as well, turns out its a £4 relay blown, confident I could have fixed it if they still made them but sadly they don't!

any advice welcome!

It is way beyond my skills I am afraid. However there is a company in Hampshire who seem to know about them and offer repair services.
empower energy. know nothing of them either

samil have pulled out of the UK, the main contact was up carlisle area, we got in touch with them eventually but they were no help saying no longer giving support,
we have been repairing inverters of late but nothing with this type of fault, most of the faults we have had is the power transistors failing, and on the power one the relay soldered joints fail,
it might just be something like that because there are also power diodes along side the power transistors, they are secured to a large heat sink, do some in circuit testing, the bus voltage must be unstable so you might be able to trace it back to source, to test them live you need enough DC to make them wake up from slumber, not easy to organize a high voltage DC supply, I have test leads coming off my array through the attic for live testing, once you have the numbers off the component you can look up to see what it does, ie, voltage regulator etc etc,
I often wonder why samil pulled out of the UK,
could it be they were getting to many faulty returns. we have replaced a few samils lately, not had a chance to dissect any yet, done a few power ones tho and a couple of solax,
got two solax that have been struck by lightning, they are terminal, burnt tracks and components blown apart,
