I'm pleasantly chuffed at that!
Have you checked the line over the top of the pulling to see if they are all inline, best to do this above one of the rafters unless the pictures are a little deceiving i expect the back one to be a bit high and the front on a bit low,Perhaps this is where the error with the post lengths originates fromAfter having the steel work for the shed for the past twelve months eventually got round to making a start on putting it up.
I put the concrete pads in and managed to get all level but when we put the shed up it is out of plumb by approx 35mm over 12 ft. It is the same on the front and the back. We have currently got it bolted down to the slab. I have measured the distance between the front and back at floor level and 8ft up and they the same so they are parallel.
Is this an error in the manufactur of the shed and what sort of tolerance is acceptable?

It is currently bolted down to the pads on the bottom as per pic below. To rectify I am thinking to place a bolt in the concrete behind each plate on the legs to stop them moving then ratchet strap on the top of each leg to a anchor in the ground and pull the top back 35mm then pack under the front of the plates. Does this sound feasible?

Everything else went really well and when we checked the diagonals for square it is within 3mm.
Any advise much appreciated.

sorry should of said purlin as in zed purlin on the roof, look up slope from the eaves, are the purlins all at the same level, will the sheets sit down flat on top of these
thats ok thenYes I put a piece of wood and it follows the purlins spot on.
You should have put a metal packer on each base in centre of holes at exactly same height on each base , and then you know Each leg is at same height , and use the base bolts to plumb the posts , plumb the End bays first then eye through the restthats ok then
I know that put 1000s of posts up for sheds,Its just the set out for the eaves beam and beam along the front did not look correct taking account of the rafter angle, mono pitch are less forgiving than a full portal for alignmentYou should have put a metal packer on each base in centre of holes at exactly same height on each base , and then you know Each leg is at same height , and use the base bolts to plumb the posts , plumb the End bays first then eye through the rest
