Ramularia leaf spot

Anyone noticed it more than normal?

Just walked a field that seems to have had an outbreak of it and there wasn't any sign of it 5 days ago.

Never really seen it before. Also been so dry I thought would be lower pressure.

Siltra Xpro the best for this?

Mine was dreadful. probably should have included some bravo with the Jaunt. However it looks a lot better now. T2 on today.

Maybe. Disease pressure not that high. T1 Jaunt seemed to get rid of abiotic spotting. Trying to cut costs but haven't put any CTL on sp Barley for years.

To be fair, the response to fungicides by spring barley rarely justifies a big spend but a really good crop will be susceptible to more disease. As @phil said, are you sure it's not abiotic spotting? If you see more in fertiliser overlaps then that's a fair sign of abiotic not ramularia.

Ramularia is dealt with by CTL or prothioconazole, as above

Imtrex is brilliant against Ramularia @ 0.5 L/ha with a bit of Proline.
