Bringing this back too life with a bit of info for those that may need it. I had an RHI Audit in July 19 on the 29/10/20 I was informed that I had failed the Audit. Things to be addressed. At time of Audit it was stated that I needed planning permission for Sea Container housing Boiler. No problem permission applied for granted ready to submit when needed as not able to acquire within time scale auditor gave me. This was mentioned in the failure notice but now no longer needed. Schematic failed as not how auditor saw it on site his interpretation has been proved incorrect, reluctantly the schematic has now been accepted as correct after many photos and interpreting the drawing for them, which they actually informed me which colours on drawing indicated what. Certification given was again a problem but after informing them there were 5 pages to it and not one as they insisted was only there it is now accepted. Fuel was the next problem I had not fully recorded all there requirements this was easily addressed but then they wanted further information, They wanted details of deliveries to each boiler store not just the one they had audited, Name of supplier, Date of deliver, total tonnage, quantity into each boiler store, (they said I had 4 boilers and I only have 3). BSL numbers for each load, Moisture content, Invoice number for each delivery, meter readings when fuel delivered, and finally Quarterly meter readings for all boilers. Guess what today they have come back and asking for at least 3 invoices for each year of being in the scheme after already sending them 8 Invoices making 19 invoices from a total of 63 invoices. Oh well I may satisfy there requirements eventually. Any one else had this sort of experience or am I an exception?
