Robotic milking

Daft question but what’s trifender?
Classics that have come out round us are in the scrap yard, you’ve done well to get 15k.
Trifender is 1% iodine with 9 seconds kill time. Pre/post.
I think it's the fact our classics have best kpis on our dealers books, dealer services from beginning and they are getting sick of issues that they've never seen before and most staff not trained on classics.
So they wanted the deal to go through and we stood firm that they had to buy them off us.

I do my vaccinating just walking around the shed, usually take the wife with my and she ticks off the cows as I jag them. My cows are quite used to being jagged like that as I be doing fertility programmes every week.

TB test for us is a bit of a nightmare, we have to take the cows out to an external crush, take them out in batches of 7 as that is what my crush can hold.

On a robot farm, how do you gather cows for things like TB testing, vaccinations, fly control etc ?
Fly control I can usually do by walking round them and treating them, vaccination and tb testing- I still have old parlour (6 a side) and collecting yard. Roofed over collecting yard with a csf grant and use it for a segregation pen and have a foot crush in there. Parlour also used for Ai and vet fertility visits so cows aren’t too bad to get in

Automatic guns, tin of spray, can of red bull before you start and the wife if she's in a good mood. Split the house in half, go in afternoon when most lying down, gun in each hand and go like frig. Can get most jagged lying down, if quick enough they never move.

Salmonella vaccine and tb test the real pains. Crush and pens hold 60odd. Fill it and keep half the cows still in robots milking away. Put them in an alley way once done and take remainder of cows out. Means half the cow always have access to robots, saves the late cows.

Air compressor for sale. £1500
HPC SX6 aircentre compressor with drier. Currently used to run 3 Merlin 225's. Just been serviced. 3 phase.
I purchased it second hand as back up to my other compressor a few years ago, and only for sale due to loss of tenancy.
Might also be a Merlin 225 for sale, set up for Jerseys, cheap extra robot or spares.
