Maybe there should be a charity set up to one to watch over the RSPCA directly all you really need is a website to use to report and monitor every case the RSPCA instigate as well as every inspection they under take. Any member of the public could then have a single point of reference to publish there experience with updates etc. The numbers of animals that the RSPCA destroy every week could be published. Their accounts could be scrutinized to demonstrate how much of the charitable contributions are spent on executives salaries, vehicle costs, advertising/propaganda, seminars/events and jolly's etc. Notifications could be published informing people of the limited powers held by the RSPCA they have no rights to trespass implied or other wise! The limitations of the Police powers should also be published when they are in support of the RSPCA. A fighting fund could be established in order to assist or publicise vexatious and vindictive cases exposing both the RSPCA and the person informing the RSPCA. Maybe even launch a legal challenge against the continuance of their charitable status as they are far more business and politically motivated. I'm sure there are plenty of other aspects that could be presented. The problem with this type of approach is that there are cases that are clearly cases of animal abuse, which may make it look like that activity was condoned regardless of the fact that wouldn't be the case. Every single person involved with animals should file a FOI request to establish the extent to which the Police have been exposing personal information to the RSPCA and also requesting information about any other organisations that may have a similar arrangement. The Police are in breach of the data protection act and should be prosecuted accordingly as well as the RSPCA. Everyone should also make a request to ensure that their personal information has not been supplied to the RSPCA by the Police. PM's should be raising parliamentary questions about this gross violation of privacy! This situation really needs to be capitalised on to question the activities and practices of this so called animal welfare charity. The queen should also be petitioned as she would appear to have some involvement with them and their unlawful activities. I seriously doubt that she will be responsive, as her past record of human rights violations would suggest that she has nothing but contempt for the useless eaters both domestic and foreign. This type of activity is going to be on the increase as the claws of the EU and corrupt our State bite ever deeper. People really need to recognise the fact that we are living in a fascist state. Once companies such as SERCO Group PLC and G4S are embedded fully within the Police and health services etc. this type of data abuse will be far more common IMHO. An FOI may even reveal that G4S and SERCO already have a data access agreement. YTube > The Biggest Company You Never Heard Of. Hardly surprising that all these organisations are gaining access to our personal data and seem to have magic powers. We need to take our country back ASAP!
