It is running this week, 24-30 January 2022.</p><p></p><p>The theme for this year is ‘<strong>How far is your fork from our porc</strong>‘.</p><p></p><p>To kick-off the week, broadcasters Sam and Shauna will be showing Quinnell how to cook porc ‘tomahawks’ with west Indian salsa verde, sweet potato steaks and jerk porc bonbons</p><p></p><p>The duo’s full recipe is available on the Porc from Wales Week <a href="https://porcblasus.cymru/recipes/smoked-porc-tomahawks/" target="_blank">website</a>, as well as other recipes from popular Welsh bloggers.</p><p></p><p>“We’re delighted to be part of this year’s Porc from Wales Week.
