TOO LATE FOR P&K?

nitrogen went on 30 acres of wet grassland 3 weeks ago. then turned wet.
has dried out enough now to apply some p&k.
considering we shall probably cut it in a months time is it too late
will we just hoover it up with the silage?

P is no problem but it depends on how much potash you apply. You do not want 'luxury uptake'. So about 30 units/acre or so? Depends on the soil index really, as to whether you need to apply it or not.
