Turning a shear grab through 90°?

2m shear grab with centre blade would leave you with 2 1mx1m blocks and im sure i have seen a grab with push off so you can drop them block at a time also think i remember one manufacturer building a grab that once closed split in two and spread the blocks a meter or more apart

It’s feeding silage to cattle , the op is planning to do.

Not build a brick or block wall.
Drive into passage , drop grab, reverse out leaving block of silage on ground. Then spin it around by shoving the block on one corner. If a bit falls off , it’s not the end of the world. They will need another block tomorrow , or the next day.
