got tx 66 with header control self leveling using sensors on skids . when setting control to ground following press button on back of control and header goes down barely reaches ground then lifts back up nearly to full hight same on pressure control. cleaned allplugs with contact cleaner and checked wires. no error codes come up with the blinking lights on the header control . any ideas before calling out fitter

We had the same with our TX65 and for the life of me I cannot remember what we had to do to get it to work, I think it was to do with the settings using the rotary switch on the armrest. Both solenoids on the header are working?? They should click when ignition is turned on.
We now have a CX and I guess it is different to the TX (unless yours is a late one?) On that we lower the header manually to the required height and then press a button until a beep is heard and then that height is then stored.

Try calibrating it first, so it knows where ground is and how heavy the header is, then disconnect the sensors to see if they are sending signals to lift because they can "see" something that isnt there

Try calibrating it first, instructions are in the ops manual. Make sure on the lift to full height part, you remove the straps completely from the skid plates and let them drop down out of the way, it's not overly clear in the book on that part.

Hi
Did you ever solve this issue? If so how? My tx68 is doing the same and I’ve tried recalibrating everything and it’s still doing it! I’ve run out of ideas, any help would be much appreciated!
thanks

Try rubbing your fingers across the eye scanner that sends the signal between the sensor and moving plate, I’ve had a cobweb in it a few times and it sent it haywire. I used to rub both sides clean every morning.
