It should, it takes away the need for anyone who has issues afterwards, the need to prove it was caused by the vaccine, same as other vaccines in the UK. It is something the country should take up as a whole for all claims, currently have good friend with son, who was brain damaged at birth. Because all the doctors nurses etc. have sworn, got records ;) etc to prove they did everything correct cannot get any real help for his care. Lad is now 30 quadraplegic cannot speak etc. Him and his parents, have had their lives ruined. In other similar cases where the staff did not get chance to cover up play outs have been several million, and for the lawyers even more! All treatments have a very remote risk of allergic reaction perhaps 1 in a hundred thousand perhaps 1 in 10,000,000 but we have to recognise it does occasionally happen. Look on any bottle of medicine there is a warning as long as your arm, about possible risks. Cholera jab is well known for its dangers , but many millions of travellers take it as the dangers of the disease are so many times worse, but I believe if it was introduced here today there would be a huge outcry from the anti vaxxers and in the UK I would agree with them. But I have taken it and yellow fever another not so safe vaccine
