“Dog people” who think everyone should be as besotted with their hairy sh!t factory as they are. At beach with kids yesterday and the carpark and first 20 yds of dunes absolutely reek of dog deposits nowadays. We were digging on the wet sand making a castle and moat and (much to my wife’s hilarity) some sort of sausage dog group meet wanders right over the top of me and the boy. Would’ve been 50 to 60yds of clear sand and yet they tramp right over the top of us. Young lad was bitten on the face when younger so a bit nervous of dogs. Must’ve been 30 of them plus some other types, a boxer got him quite upset as it was right in his face but the owner laughed it off, “he’s alright, just tell him to go away”. On the 3rd visit I picked the f**king thing up and removed it. Cue lots of glaring and muttering and tooting of silly whistles ( which had absolutely no effect at all). I really don’t think I was in the wrong.
