Wholesale seeds and supplies....

Hello all, My name is Steve... I'm pretty new to farming and new to this forum, I have introduced myself, but have a question... Last year I purchased my seeds online, but feel I have over paid for them. I am looking to purchase Organic Sweet Corn Seeds in bulk. I purchased an older John Deere 2 row planter/fertilizer... I am looking to plant about 1 1/2 to 2 acres of Organic Sweet Corn... I'm not really sure yet how much seed I will need for that size plot, but I'm guessing I'll need 150 to 200 hundred pounds at least? Any advice on where I could purchase Wholesale Organic Sweet Corn at the best price, and or how much I would possible require for a plot that size? Thank you all and be safe.... Steve

Aim for 45,000 plants per acre, with rows spaced 75cm apart.

The thousand grain weight is around 300g.

To find your seed rate you will need to forecast your establishment %.

To decide where you can source your organic seed, it would help to know where you are farming.

These people are worth a try Steve - you'll need about 70,000 seeds
