On the Horsch Pronto PPF we can mix in some percentage of NPK fertilizer from the main tank to the sowingpipe (dubble shooting with blending) . The problem with this is that it contains large quantities of nitrate nitrogen. This will almost stain the seeds with salt acting sprout inhibitors.
In Norway we have a special fertilizer type called Yara Optistart. It contains 12% of ammonium nitrogen and 23% phosphorus. This fits better to add along with the seed.
Therefore we think to attach an additional box on the drawbar on the seed drill and add Yara optistart to the sowing pipe.
I've found a "kit" from an Italian manufacturer

But this is not for a PPF just for the seed only Horsch Pronto.
I wonder if it would be possible with a Delimbe T18 (or similar) having electric fan to drill a large hole in the sowing pipe and supplying fertilizer.
Will the electric fan Manage two moving granular fertilizer even with back pressure in the sowing pipe from the main fan on the Horsch?
