I am looking to rent, long term, some space to develop my forestry/firewood business. I will need an area large enough to park an ifor-type trailer, locate and use a log splitter (trailer type) and to store unprocessed timber in a stack, and split logs either in crates or "ton bags". Would be ideal if I was able to store the split logs under cover in an airy shed, but outside in a sunny location would be OK. Access to mains electricity to run a chainsaw sometimes (not all day every day!)...

Hi there, I’m looking to rent a building for a leisure repair business (rough size approx 1500-2500 sq ft). Anything suitable within 6 miles of Uckfield will be considered. A change in circumstances means I'll have to move my workshop up to the Glasgow area. Ideally within reasonable driving distance of the south side of Glasgow / Pollockshaws area.
This building must be:
Dry
Secure/ lockable
Have access to water and a toilet
Have power - a minimum of a 13amp household circuit but preferably a 16amp circuit or three phase power.
Easily accessible.
