21 year old male looking for a 2nd lambing job in the new year, Physically fit, forward thinking and a positive attitude. I will be finished my current lambing job on the 20th march so will be available from this date for how ever long. 2 seasons lambing experience prior to this, I do not know the ins and outs of lambing all though I do know the basics and as always extremely keen to learn more and more! Hi, I’m looking for sheep work. Preferably a permanent position. I have no experience yet within sheep but do have some dairy experience. I’m trying to get a foothold and learn as much as I can. Currently my main employment is a full time assistant accountant. Can’t stand it! Having been doing some dairy work on my spare time (not much of that with a 1 year old and a second arriving any day now) but have been doing some weekend work on a local dairy farm I know I want to get into the Agri sector. Looking for soil samplers for GPS mapping and soil sampling work in Scotland. Ideally need your own quad bike and a vehicle + trailer to tow it around with. Quad bike and trailer may be available if not. GPS devices supplied along with full training and support. Bulk of work is August to February with a bit of flexibility to complete jobs. I’m looking for an opportunity in the future to try and get a foothold in agriculture. I’ve worked as a semi skilled joiner for the last 11 years but I want to try something new and have my heart set on farming. Looking for work, preferably Dairy and/or Sheep. I do have experience although not recent, I grew up on a farm and worked on the farm (Dairy and sheep) until l went to uni in 2001. I trained as a Nurse and worked as a nurse since 2004, however, time for a change and I want back to my roots. Not scared of hard work or getting my hands dirty. Used to being up all night and working in stressful situations with a lack of sleep. not bad at DIY, currently make and sell sheep troughs, hurdles etc. Preferably looking for work in the Ayrshire area, but willing to relocate. A opportunity has arisen for a full time experienced operator on a 650 ha arable farm. The applicant would be joining a team of two and be forward thinking, excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and record keeping. The key roles would be spraying ( sp 36 m ), combining, drilling/cultivation. All new jd tractors(rtk guidance) new Holland combine and upto date machinery. As well as another associated arable jobs. We also carry out contracting work on local dairy farms(spraying/ploughing/drilling grass and cereals) There is no house with this job but help would be given to find one if the applicant needs one. Thanks for clicking this far, I'm currently in my third year at Newcastle Uni studying agriculture hoping to come out with a respectful degree, with the aim of becoming a Farm Manager. I was wondering if anyone was looking for help lambing in or around Hampshire (Slightly running out of beer money). I have lambed before and so not completely inexperienced, however i am always very keen to learn and expand my horizons. I'm also not completely restricting my work to just lambing, i'm very happy to work anywhere as long as your happy to teach me a few new tricks. I’m looking for some weekend Beef or sheep work. I’m new to Farming and have done some dairy and unsure if this is right for me. I’ve done scraping by hand and on a tractor (ford 3000) Calve feeding.
