Matbro TR200

She's not bad I don't think. I managed to get forks, new bucket, almost new bale stacker and a 3 year old shear grab in the deal. Any work that needed done is done plus a 3 month warranty. She is a genuine 5000hr machine which isn't bad for the age. I'm happy

In fairness what would you get tractor and loader wise for that money? Bugger all. Just give them rear rims a lick of paint and shes a1

Any tractor and loader at that money would not be great plus nowhere near as handy. Well impressed [emoji1303]

I was going to change coolant in TR200. Was wondering what is the method of doing this and flushing the cooling system? [emoji6]

Theres a drain bung on rad and a brass bung just about fuel lift pump to drain block.
Run some rad flush in it for half a day and then drain out. Stick a hose in bung on bottom of rad if you want to. 50% normal blue antifreeze.

Cheers. Wasn't sure where drain plug was on block. Will get it sorted.

Noticed her overheating yest, but then I came across top rad hose, almost flat. Will replace tomar.

Change the thermostat as well. Do not remove it replace it. They will overheat with out a thermostat or if wrong type is fitted. as it closes the bypass off.

@ACEngineering

Load monitor is now constantly buzzing and at 100%. Any idea of the problem. Not too worried about it tbh. I have disconnected it for now.

might be a broken wire on the strain gauge? nor more likely the strain gauge got wet in it and now the cold weather made it freeze and has knackered it? strain gauges are common. cant be repaired so you bolt a new one on.

I unplugged the strain guage, made no difference, not sure exactly how it works tho. Are they expensive?
