Anyone planning on putting some in?
A Little but far worse in my winter ones...did anyone suffer from header losses much last season in their spring oats, defo weren't coming over the back as it was all over the field, only two reasons left for losses were either got shook out a bit with wind or header losses.
Our winters were nice sort thigh high crop to cut , n the springs are chest high in places , would hate too see what they would of been like without a growth reg.Winter ones these were the spring ones easily had 3wks & were like night n day to combine
No but I couldn't keep my spring drilled Mascani in the combine no bother at all with the winter drilled stuff. I think I will try spring beans this year as my land is getting ready for a bit of a rest from cereals.did anyone suffer from header losses much last season in their spring oats, defo weren't coming over the back as it was all over the field, only two reasons left for losses were either got shook out a bit with wind or header losses.
