I checked 3 forecasts and they all said cloudy but dry, with less than a 5% chance of rain. Off I plod and rounded up the sheep into the pen, got the pipe thingy fitted on the anti-fly stuff, found a bit of string so it could go round my neck, set the amount.....

and down came the rain.

Some [insert choice insult here] called yesterday about something I have for sale in various sizes. He wanted a big one but quoted the price for the smallest one. When I politely corrected his apparent error, he demanded I sell the big one for the small price... and without VAT as it wasn't included in the stated price blah blah blah. I was civil and polite but did not budge. That was that.

He just called me again, today... and asked 'Is that QF Tractors?'.

No, this is Stephen at (etc). You called me yesterday regarding a machine we have for sale. We are in NO WAY WHATSOEVER affiliated with QF Tractors or East Yorkshire Machinery.

'Oh. Musta dialled wrong number. Bye.' then he just hung up!

Guess who's going to complain that dealers are all swine after buying a knackered machine? :banghead:

Why is running through wheat fields like an idiot even a thing to begin with?
I sure hope it doesn't spread over here :scratchhead:.
Because our 'wonderful' prime minister Theresa May stated in an interview a few days ago that the naughtiest thing she had ever done was 'run through a field of wheat'.... as per usual it goes across the internet, and then a clever few people decide to turn it into something ****ing stupid such as this!!! :banghead:
