What might be wrong with my lamb?

I have a lamb, who has never done any good (he is thin and daydreams), but just recently started scouring badly, so wormed him, gave him some Imodium and a vit and min drench, kept him in so he could just eat hay and he dried up. A few days later turned him out onto some poorer grazing, and he became weak, started laying down a lot and not eating. I injected him with antibiotics, as he sounded slightly chesty (which has now cleared up), but he is still very weak and will not stand, but is happily eating and drinking. Any ideas what could be wrong or what else I could try, as I am not quite ready to give up on him yet?

I think the op had covered most of the usual problems i.e. worms, trace elements and pneumonia. Fluke is the only other thing I'd treat for. It's not really going to be finacially viable to get a vet involved?
Never done any good would suggest it's not fluke.
More likely intestinal problem or lung damage from when it was going
Most sensible option would be to knock it on the head but i didnt like to be so insensitive with my first post
