Mr Dyson is cleaning up..!

The likes of Dyson are the future of farming, like it or not.

I really don't understand the jealousy directed towards Mr Dyson. He is a business man and far more competent than most farmers, who have simply taken over dads farm and are backed by subsidies, red diesel, grants, nil rates, etc, etc.

He is taking a massive risk, farming doesn't exactly guarantee a profit each year. Furthermore, its only a matter of time before some form of business rates are introduced to farmland, which will see land prices fall for sure.

Good luck Mr Dyson, you have every right to farm as the rest of us.

It is interesting how everything go's round, it's no so long ago (1980's) the Pension Funds were getting out of land and selling, now everyone wants to invest again.

It's a return to the Landed Gentry, only this time around they deserve to be their.

So, Henarar, go and get measured up for your Serf's suit :)

I would be very surprised if dyson buys rainthorpes,it’s outside his buying pins on the map it’s smack in the middle of Bourne’s farming empire but he doesn’t seem to be buying atm but whoever gets it will be getting a very good farm that has been farmed very well for years by the rainthorpe family
